Positive aspects of GĐPT…
Reality has been unsaid
- Lack of sympathy and understanding in the working group
- Gets upset easily and reacts immediately when someone say something that may hurt your feelings
- Focus on negativity of others, instead of learning from the positives
- Not being honest in offering constructive comments, because of fear that you may damage relationships in GĐPT
- Focus too much on people’s ranks in GĐPT that you’re afraid to say anything.
Teaching and Practicing?
- Discriminate between members in our GĐPT and other Regions
- More emphasis on completion instead of encouragement
- Not willing to cooperate during group work, due to poor communication
- Feeling overwhelm due to tasking not being divided evenly; young Huynh Trưởng are not volunteering because of being busy with school and career
